Medical Aesthetics / Laser Registered Nurse (RN) 

Job Summary:

The Medical Aesthetics / Laser Nurse reports to the Medical Director. Services performed include MicroNeedling, MicroNeedling with PRP, laser skin resurfacing and tightening, and IPL. Experience with Botox and injectables a plus, as this position will grow to include these services. The Medical Aesthetics / Laser Nurse is responsible for preparing treatment rooms for patients, performing scheduled treatments, and clean-up of treatment rooms. Additional responsibilities include discussing patient treatment plans with clients, charting patient notes, and taking inventory of clinical supplies as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. Only applicants who possess a Registered Nursing Degree are encouraged to apply. Only resumes that include a cover letter and sent as a PDF will be considered. 

Responsibilities:

• HIPAA Compliance / Certification

• Reports to Medical Director

• Give instructions to patients as instructed by Medical Director

• Ensure all pertinent information is reviewed in patients' medical records prior to their appointment

• All other duties as assigned by Medical Director

Knowledge:

• Experience with Syneron-Candela lasers a plus

• Experience in aesthetics a plus

• Willing to train the right candidate

Skills:

• Exceptional customer service

• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow

Education:

• Registered Nurse


Job Type: Part-time / Flexible (15-20 hours per week) with opportunity to grow with practice.

Salary: Competitive hourly based on experience + structured commission.

Aesthetics Medical Assistant Front and Back Office

Job Summary

The Aesthetics Medical Assistant assists the Medical Director with in-office patient care. The Aesthetics Technician is primarily responsible for preparing treatment rooms for patients, assisting as needed during treatments, and clean-up of treatment rooms. Additional responsibilities include discussing patient treatment plans with clients, informing clients about treatments and front office duties such as stocking skincare products and administrative duties such as answering phones, processing patient files, scheduling clients, and taking inventory of product and clinical supplies as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and trustworthiness. Only applicants who possess a Medical Assistant Certification or at least (1) year experience are encouraged to apply. Only resumes that include a cover letter and sent as a PDF will be considered. 

Responsibilities:

• HIPAA Compliance / Certification

• Reports to Medical Director

• Assist Medical Director in exam rooms

• Escort patients to exam rooms

• Give instructions to patients as instructed by Medical Director

• Ensure all pertinent information is reviewed in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment

• Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies and products

• Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, Botox & filler logs, inventory)

• All other duties as assigned by Medical Director

Knowledge:

• Healthcare field and medical specialty

• Medical terminology

• Grammar, spelling, and punctuation

• Knowledge of EHRs

Skills:

• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette

• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow

Education:

• High school diploma; some college preferred

• Medical assistant certification (if applicable)

 

Job Type: Part-time
